My spa treatments are a wonderful way to experience a number of my African inspired ranges. Aimed at achieving optimum wellbeing and balance, these treatments will support you on your journey to holistic wellness. This is self care time well spent and the ultimate escape.
AFRICAN SERENITY
Sooth tired feet with this blissful treatment that is safe for expectant mums. It includes a 45 minute reflexology treatment on the feet and lower legs, followed by a 45 minute hydrating facial.
Sweet orange and Ylang Ylang essential oils will relax the body and calm the mind while the Antioxidant rich Organic Rooibos, Vitamin A, C and E nourishes your skin promoting a radiant complexion. Organic Aloe and coconut oil are superstar ingredients to sooth irritated, dry and stressed skin leaving your skin feeling soft, calm and hydrated.
All the products I use are natural and safe for use during pregnancy. They are suited to all skin types, especially those suffering with sensitive, dry and dehydrated skin.

SPICE AND DELIGHT
Warm the body and relax the mind with this delightful massage treatment. The natural, aromatic Cinnamon and ginger spices in my organic oil will sooth muscle aches and relieve tension
This delicious full body massage includes a nutrient rich exfoliating face masque.
Organic pumpkin, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg will boost the skin with antioxidants while natural glycolic acids expholiate leaving your skin soft, hydrated and radient. A truely decadent experience suitable for all skin types.

TROPICAL URBAN RETREAT
This African inspired Urban Retreat treatment begins with a warm lime infused foot cleanse. I apply my organic uplifting tropical oil to the body and proceed with a blissful 30 minute bespoke back, neck and shoulders massage to work out any tension and sooth aches. This indulgent treatment concludes with a 60 minute Organic Tropical brightening facial.
The beautiful aromas of Mango, Orange, pineapple and papaya will transport you to the sunny shores of Africa. With their natural healing properties you will leave feeling uplifted, relaxed and glowing.
Natural fruit extracts and glycolic acid will exfoliate the skin, leaving a bright and radiant complexion. Lemon and eucalyptus oils will leave the body feeling uplifted and reduce pain and tension while coconut oil leaves the skin feeling hydrated and renewed.
This treatment is a perfect escape from city stresses and a great way to recharge and boost your immune system.

CHOCOLATE MINT INDULGENCE
This treatment begins with a warm lime infused foot cleanse. I then apply my luxurious, Organic Chocolate Mint massage cream infused with Arnica oil to the body and proceed with a 30 minute bespoke back, neck and shoulders massage to work out any aches and tension. This blissfully balancing treatment concludes with a 60 minute Chocolate reflexology massage on the feet and lower legs.
The natural peppermint essential oils will leave the body feeling cool and uplifted while the arnica oil will continue to sooth aches in the joints and muscles.
The wonders of reflexology on the feet will trigger the body's self-healing processes leaving the body feeling balanced and feet supple while the rich chocolate mousse will leave your skin feeling soft and hydrated.
This is a wonderfully indulgent treatment suitable for anyone but especially for those wishing to reduce stress, anxiety and reset.
